It was a pleasure to attend the 2023 Global Bird Fair, one of the world’s largest bird & wildlife fairs.

Based in Rutland, the fair primarily focuses on birds and their conservation, but also champions the conservation of endangered species worldwide.

It was amazing exhibiting next to superbly talented fellow artists, and lovely to have so many visitors popping over to chat and buy - it's an incredible feeling to feel such appreciation for your work.

During some of the worst wind and relentless rain I’ve seen in a long time, I was for the first time selling a brand new collection of prints, keyrings, badges, sketchbooks and greetings cards.

I didn’t manage to finalise all of my ideas, but I am looking forward to using some of the sketches and unused concepts for future illustrations.
